The Office of Commissioner of Banking & Finance will participate and bring everyone up to date on changes in our industry.
Kenneth Gusler with the Department of Homeland Security / Immigration and Customs Enforcement has confirmed his department will in attendance.
Jay Postma, CAMS President of MSB Compliance Inc. will present the basic requirements under the BSA and the true purpose of an independent review. Jay will also be discussing the current state of banking for MSB’s in Georgia.
